Remote Support Instructions
Only use this page if you have been instructed to do so by a NREMT customer service agent.
Some issues can be resolved quickly by allowing a NREMT customer service representative to “see” and “control” your computer screen. The NREMT uses TeamViewer to establish remote access to your computer for support purposes. The NREMT will only have access to your computer during the TeamViewer session. Once you are finished and close the TeamViewer program, the NREMT will NOT have continued or future access to your computer.Follow These Steps If Instructed By A NREMT Customer Service Representative
Step 1: Download the TeamViewer File.

- While the application downloads, we suggest you close any other programs or windows you have open. Once a remote connection is established, the NREMT representative will be able to see your computer screen.
