Your certification packet is on its way. We’re processing and mailing hundreds daily, and most arrive within 10 business days of approval. If it’s been more than 30 days, please reach out; we’re happy to help.

We understand the urgency and appreciate your patience. If you've already reached out, your case is in progress. Multiple follow-ups, especially via both phone and email, can create duplicate cases and slow resolution. We’re working through all requests as quickly as possible and will get back to you soon.

We get it. Waiting is hard, especially for those in a business where everything happens so quickly. Sometimes, examination results are available fast. Other times, it may take up to 3 business days (does not include Saturday and Sunday). That has always been our standard, and we follow it to make sure every score is accurate and fair.
Even if your colleague or friend received their results faster, don’t worry. Yours are on the way. Thanks for your patience!
In many cases, the issue is that payment hasn’t been completed. Before trying to schedule, please double-check that your examination has been paid for and/or that the payment has been processed.
If you’ve already paid and still can’t schedule, contact us so that we can look into it.
If you are trying to schedule an examination, make a payment, or check your results and get this screen, you are not alone. We are actively working on multiple system updates and fixes, and it is possible that a deployment is happening at the exact time you are trying to access the page.
